Threcy Joboy Lawrence is a law graduate and double gold medalist, including the award for Best Female Student, from National Law University Delhi. She will be pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Harvard Law School and currently works as a Legal Specialist at Adalat AI. She has worked as a Research Assistant to Professor Julien Chaisse of City University of Hong Kong and Professor Nikos Lavranos on matters relating to international dispute settlement and arbitration. She was also selected as one of 35 students worldwide for a Lithuania State Scholarship Programme. Her long-term goal is to contribute to the responsible integration of AI into justice systems across the Global South. A trained Bharatanatyam dancer, black belt in karate, and national-level swimmer, Threcy has also completed a young adult novel manuscript that she is seeking to publish.
