Sruthi completed her B. Tech in Fashion Technology from Kumaraguru College of Technology, Coimbatore in 2019 and is now headed for her Master’s in Education Leadership, Organisations and Entrepreneurship at Harvard Graduate School of Education. Currently she is the Principal at YUWA School in Ranchi. Her passion lies in transformative education for marginalized communities. She has worked on projects exploring education technology and AI in education through Prepy-AI with Adra Product Studio and has led initiatives on digital literacy in rural Jharkhand with Vital Voices Global Partnership. Her long-term goal is to establish an organization delivering contextualized, alternative education in the Nilgiris’ tribal belt, while influencing education policy to improve literacy among marginalized girls. Sruthi enjoys reading and playing frisbee.
