Srujan Penta

Srujan is a 3rd year Ph.D. student in the School of Electrical and Computer
Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. His research focuses on innovating die-to-die interfaces of chiplet systems for AI and HPC applications. During the Ph.D. program, he pursued a minor in Technology Innovation: Generating Economic Results (TI:GER) from the Georgia Tech Scheller School of Business. Srujan was awarded the NSF P.G. scholarship to pursue his graduate studies at Georgia Tech in 2022. Previously, he has graduated with a B.E. (Hons.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS) Pilani and pursued his undergraduate thesis as a visiting student at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Recently, he was named as one of the fifty global 2024 QUAD Fellows by the Institute of International Education (IIE). As part of the fellowship, he was invited to the White house and the U.S. State Department in October 2024 to represent his home country, India. Beyond his academic pursuits, he mentors students through the Office of Graduate Education at Georgia Tech and volunteers with the oSTEM organization as a member of the Inclusivity, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA) team.
