Shreepad is a PhD student in Chemical Engineering at the University of Delaware. He earned his M.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IIT-K) and completed his B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Laxminarayan Institute of Technology (LIT), Nagpur in 2022. Prior to graduate school, he gained valuable industrial experience as a Production Engineer at Cairn Oil and Gas, Vedanta Ltd. His research interests lie in heterogeneous catalysis and chemical reaction engineering, with a particular focus on catalytic processes for clean and sustainable fuels. Following his PhD, Shreepad aims to pursue postdoctoral research in advanced catalytic systems and ultimately transition to academia, where he hopes to lead impactful research in catalysis for energy applications. Outside of research, he enjoys swimming and trekking.
