Mahak is an entrepreneur and business leader driven by the mission of enhancing human potential. As a Stanford MBA and a Forbes 30U30 honoree, her work consistently focuses on high-impact learning solutions. She is currently working in stealth on her 2nd startup. Previously, as the Director of the MBA program at Masters’ Union, Mahak successfully oversaw a period of significant expansion, growing the program’s top line by 200% in less than 2 years. This followed her experience founding an education startup Udayy. Mahak’s foundation includes an early career in finance at Nomura, where she launched the first equity structuring desk in India, and operational experience in her family’s manufacturing business of artificial leather and non woven fabrics. She is a graduate with the highest distinction from NSIT and has been an active meditation practitioner for over 12 years.
