Kartik completed his MSc in Micro-Nanosystems in 2009 and his PhD in Biomedical Engineering in 2013, both from ETH Zurich. He has since been working in the medical device and pharmaceutical sector in Switzerland. He is currently an Associate Director (Science and Technology) at Novartis Pharma in Basel, Switzerland. His work is focused on designing and testing new medical devices for delivering complex biologics, radioligand therapies and cell and gene therapies.
