Anupam Purwar lead Generative AI initiatives for Sprinklr Inc. (NYSE: CXM) as the Director of Machine Learning leading their Agentic AI Charter. Prior to this, Anupam was a Sr. Research Scientist with Amazon for ~6.5 years where he led the development of data science and machine learning-based solutions for Amazon Global Fulfillment out of their Seattle office. Anupam holds an MBA in Finance and Information Systems from the Indian School of Business (ISB) and a Bachelor of Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He received merit scholarship and graduated among Top 5% in class both at ISB and BITS-Pilani. Prior to this, Anupam worked as a Scientist at Indian Institute of Science (IISc). At IISc, he was part of a multi-institutional effort which included IITs and ISRO to develop novel structures. Besides, he has authored 30+ peer reviewed articles pertaining to Generative AI, Machine Learning, IoT, computational design with 330+ citations and received multiple best paper awards. Anupam Purwar loves teaching, mentoring students, startups and has delivered talks on Generative AI, Machine Learning and career development at BITS Pilani, IIT Delhi and Indian School of Business. Most recently Anupam taught Agentic AI to a batch of 70 students in Seattle/Bellevue in a 10 week long programme . He is also one of the youngest receipient of Malviya Award from Indian Ceramic Society.
