Mayank graduated from the Masters in Public Administration in International Development (MPA/ID) at Harvard Kennedy School on a full tuition fellowship where he studied economics and development. Prior to Harvard, he worked on financial inclusion and digital transformation of national welfare programs. Since graduation, he has been a leadership and behaviour change coach at Harvard, coaching professionals on group dynamics and adult development. Prior to HKS, Mayank studied electrical and electronics engineering at Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS), Pilani and attended the Young India Fellowship at Ashoka University.
