Utkarsh was awarded the Narotam Sekhsaria Foundation Scholarship to pursue Master in Public Administration in International Development (MPA/ID). He is the co-founder of Adalat AI, a legaltech non-profit building technology solutions for district courts in India and Africa to support courts reduce delays and backlogs. He also holds a BA Economics and LL.B. from the University of Delhi, an LL.M. from Harvard Law School, and is completing a PhD in public policy from the University of Oxford. Before graduate school, Utkarsh practised law before the Supreme Court of India and worked as a Consultant to the Chief Economic Adviser to the Government of India, the World Bank, and the Boston Consulting Group.
