Treta completed her Masters’ in Public Health at the Johns Hopkins University. She then pursued an MD in Internal Medicine from the New York Medical College, followed by a fellowship in Gastroenterology. During her training she received various accolades for teaching and research and is now a well cited author. She is currently the Medical Director of Oshi Health. She is a busy clinician in the community, helping solve and prevent gastrointestinal issues. She is also a medical advisor for a health care start up, BigDieta. The start up aims to use data analytics and machine learning to help people with chronic GI issues. She lives in the Bay Area with her husband and enjoys traveling, hiking and Netflix! She is looking forward to connecting with the future members of the Narotam Sekhsaria family, especially those who end up in SF Bay area.
