Shreeyash Lalit

Shreeyash is a litigating lawyer from New Delhi. He is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, Delhi University and University of Cambridge. For his masters degree at Cambridge, he was awarded with the Cambridge Trust Scholarship, Narotam Sekhsaria Foundation Scholarship and the JN Tata Scholarship. At Cambridge, he secured the Pegasus Scholarship from Inner Temple and had the opportunity of working with a few barristers’ chambers in London. After returning to India and completing his apprenticeship with a few distinguished senior counsel, he now practises independently at the Supreme Court of India and Delhi High Court. He is also an assistant editor at e-DHCR project. Recently, he was among a few lawyers from India to be awarded with the India-UK Achievers Award by NISAU-UK and the British Council. Outside of work, he is a chess and football enthusiast.
