Rohan is currently pursuing Masters in Computational Science and Engineering at Harvard University. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. Rohan has gained practical experience through internships at both the Vector Institute for AI in Canada and Carnegie Mellon University, where he contributed to multiple research projects in computational music. This experience complements his personal passion for drumming, driving him to use machine learning to create tools that promote musical creativity and accessibility. His current academic interest lies in the theoretical aspects of deep learning. Rohan’s future plans include pursuing a PhD with the ultimate goal of starting his own research-based start-up.
