Ritwika was awarded Narotam Sekhsaria Foundation Scholarship to pursue an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). She is currently an Assistant Professor of Economics at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. Ritwika obtained a PhD in Managerial Economics and Strategy from Northwestern University (Kellogg) in 2024. Prior to her PhD, she worked as a Country Economist for the International Growth Centre in Uganda and as an Overseas Development Institute Fellow at the Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Resources in Rwanda.
