Ram Smaran is a Senior Analyst at Compass Lexecon, London, where he has been working for over two years in the competition economics team. In his work, Ram assists with economic analyses for mergers, damages, and other antitrust cases. He holds a Masters in Economics from the London School of Economics (LSE), and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Shiv Nadar University. He has also attended a summer school on Applied Platform Economics at the Paris School of Economics. In his free time, Ram likes to cook, go on walks, and exercise (including yoga, spin, and playing squash).
