Prarthana is currently pursuing DPhil in Theoretical Physics at University of Oxford. She completed her Master’s in Physics from Indian Institute of Science Education & Research (IISER) Tirupati, hailing from Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh and aspires to become a leading scientist in the future. She has been a recipient of many prestigious awards, including the Gates Cambridge Scholarship (2023) and DAAD WISE Scholarship (2022) for a research internship and scholarships from Indian Institute of Science Education & Research ( IISER) Tirupati for her outstanding academic performance during her undergraduate years. Outside of academia, Prarthana manages her own YouTube channel dedicated to simulations and animations to assist new students in grasping Physics concepts. She also writes blogs and enjoys reading and playing badminton in her free time.
