Nikita was part of the founding senior leadership of two fast paced, entrepreneurial INGOs – STIR Education and The Luminos Fund. She oversaw all aspects of organisation growth including strategy, fundraising, program design and delivery and finance and operations. She is currently working as Director of Growth at American India Foundation. Nikita holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from India and an MBA from the University of Oxford. She lives in New York with her husband and two spirited little boys and continues to be passionate and optimistic about the education sector in India.
