Nihar Mhatre is a Principal Power and Performance (PnP) Architect at Arm Inc., with over 16 years of experience in server PnP, heuristic modeling, EDA software, and SoC development. He holds a master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. An industry expert in performance and power optimization, Nihar previously led PnP initiatives for the 6th Gen Xeon Server at Intel, where he developed
frameworks for PnP projections, thermal modeling, and architectural exploration. Known for identifying bottlenecks and delivering impactful solutions, he is passionate about building efficient systems from concept to delivery.
