Mihir is currently an independent Business and Marketing Advisor/ Consultant. He previously worked as the Head of Marketing at Tata Digital. Prior to this, he was Vice President and held various leadership positions at Pepperfry and was a part of the founding team. Primarily, he has been Head of Marketing responsible for scaling Pepperfry to become India’s biggest and most well-known Furniture brand over the last 7 years. Mihir completed his MBA from IIM Calcutta in 2007 post which he worked with Nokia for 3 years in Sales and Marketing. Mihir was also part of the key team which launched Hotstar in 2015 by setting up the Data analytics function at Hotstar.
