Gourab is a Ph.D. student in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at Purdue University. His research focuses on developing low-power mixedsignal computing circuits for video sensor camera nodes/systems and designing circuits for biomedical applications to enable efficient communication and power management. Prior to his Ph.D., he worked as an Analog Design Engineer at Tagore Technology (Currently Global Foundries), Kolkata, focusing on Power Management ICs. He holds a B.Tech. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur. Post-Ph.D., he aspires to contribute to the semiconductor fabrication lab revolution in India. Beyond academics, Gourab is a passionate sports enthusiast who enjoys playing cricket, table tennis, and football.
