Chintan was awarded Narotam Sekhsaria Foundation Scholarship to pursue Bachelor of Civil Law from University of Oxford. He is currently working as Barrister at Brick Court Chambers. He holds a law degree from the Government Law College (Mumbai), graduate degree from Yale and a PhD from University of Cambridge. He has also worked as an Associate at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP, London. He is the author of Balanced Constitutionalism: Courts and Legislatures in India and the United Kingdom” and “The Cases that India Forgot”.
