A B.Tech in Polymer Engineering & Technology from Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, Kushal was awarded Narotam Sekhsaria Foundation Scholarship to pursue Masters’ program in Polymer Engineering at the University of Akron. After graduating in 2010, he continued to pursue his PhD in Polymer Engineering there. He is passionate about building teams and developing a culture of partnership, innovation, and respect. He enjoys working
cross-functionally to bring next generation materials technologies to market. Currently, he lives in Boston, Massachusetts and works as a Global Technology Director at Teknor Apex Company.
