Shenaya completed her Masters in International Employment Relations and Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics & Political Science. She is currently HR Leader – India at Kenvue, the Planned New Consumer Health Company of Johnson & Johnson. Prior to this, she was India Head of the Strategic Planning Group at Johnson & Johnson India, a global, agile, and flexible team that supported strategic priorities by providing HR solutions and partnership to drive business impact. She has led her team in HR Transformation projects in the areas of HR Strategy Enablement (Planning, design, deployment) Change Management, Organization Design and HR Advisory. Additionally, Shenaya is also the Chairperson of the Company PoSH Committee. In her previous organization, The Indian Hotels Co. Ltd. she was responsible for Talent and Performance Management, Leadership Development and Ethics. Shenaya completed her graduation in Psychology from St. Xaviers’ College and obtained a Masters in Organizational Psychology from University of Mumbai. She has won several awards in the field of Human Resource Management including The NHRDN & Prof Ram Charan Young HR Icon Award and the Bombay HR 40 under 40 Award.
