Prior to Stepful, she led category and strategy teams in Swiggy’s quick commerce vertical. She is a former Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where she advised leaders across technology, healthcare, and development sectors on growth strategy, M&A diligence, and operations transformation. Uttara holds a Master’s in Public Administration and International Development (MPA-ID) from the Harvard Kennedy School (2015), a stint that sparked her interest in building systems that expand access and opportunity globally.
