Ashwin was awarded Narotam Sekhsaria Foundation Scholarship to pursue Masters’ in Computer Science with specialization in Artificial Intelligence from Stanford University. Currently, he is founding AI lead at an early stage stealth startup Samaya AI. He is also a Computer Science engineer from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay and has completed his PhD from Stanford in Natural Language Processing in the subject area of conversational
systems. During his PhD, he also lead Stanford’s team as part of the the Alexa Prize Socialbot Grand Challenge.
