Varun completed his B.Tech Electrical Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. Currently, he is working as an AI researcher with Stanford University. His aim is to obtain a Doctoral degree and do state of the art research in the following subfields of Electrical Engineering i.e. information theory and deep learning, in a way that meaningfully impacts human lives. He has been a recipient of the Merit Award for all semesters at Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and the Qualcomm Research Innovation Fellowship.
